Beautiful weather that allows year-round golfing and boating is one reason the Dickinson Golf and Yacht Club is positioned to become the leading RV Resort in the state of Texas. Just miles from the nation’s fourth largest city, the beaches of Galveston island and the Clear Lake Recreation Area, DGYC will be the ultimate RV destination once the facility is completed in Fall of 2002. Of course it doesn’t hurt that the club’s new owner and your host has more than 12 years experience RVing from coast to coast. And unlike RV Only resorts, you get to play golf, dine and engage in other activities such as boating and fishing with the locals! That is the best way to learn about an area!

With free green fees (Monday through Friday), spa access and tennis usage built into the rate along with fine cuisine and drink available at very reasonable prices, this is the BEST DEAL in TEXAS! Others RV Parks may have lower rates but in the end are really much higher priced for what they provide! Soon DGYC will be the only "real" RV resort in the area and gives RV rate discounts to Good SAM and Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) members on daily and weekly rates.

Special discounts for bus conversions (EAGLE, MCI and PREVOST) are also available.

RV guests also get a discount on the use of the driving range!

Once complete, the DGYC RV Resort will feature three RV areas with 2 adult and one family. The family area allows pets with some restrictions.

A laundry room is available and RV guests get discounts on cart rentals and there is no cover charge for bands and other entertainment.

Coaches and 5th Wheels only. Must be over 26 feet.

Daily prices are from $30 to $42, plus weekly and monthly rates. Rates include green fee Monday through Thursday and until Friday mid day. $40.00 is on the Bayou. $35.00 is on the course. Other wise $30.00 per day. Weekly rates range from $160 to $220.00 and monthly rates range from $400 to $550.00.

Many RV Parks offer spaces less than 25 feet wide while all the spaces at the DGYC are 40 feet wide.
